Welcome to Spring Training.

For the next three months, I am committing to creating and holding a container in which we can all bloom.

This will be a group coaching experience with the purpose to help you root in, re-establish a foundation in the gym, and let the benefits of training regularly and with purpose flood into the rest of your life.

If you have done Be Big in the past, the first month will look similarly. If you are new, I’m so glad you are here.

The last two years have been a whirlwind, but I’m ready to get my feet planted firmly in the ground.

I have compassion for the past versions of Carlie, but I am kind of sick of falling sort of my own growth. I want a beautiful garden. I want to show up for myself. I want to overcome my own excuses. I want to be the version of me that I deep down have always known I am capable of. And if you’re like me, which you probably are, I know you want the same things. So let’s make it happen.

This first training block is a reflection of my training that has helped me to reestablish a solid baseline in the gym. It’s helped me to fall back in love with being in the gym and seeing what my body can do. I’m creating the life I know I am destined and capable of, and it does start with how I’m taking care of myself. So let’s use March to take care of ourselves and be gentle with our budding leaves.

I am holding this container for 3 months, but I recommend starting now. Jump in together. You’ll only thank yourself, and it’s time you start doing things your future self will be grateful of.

RELEASED March 5th, Starting March 13th.

The Details

4 day split alternating Lower & Upper Body Days

The workouts are the same for the 4 weeks. There is an added explanation of how to practice progressive overload (as well as what that even means).

You will gain access to a Facebook Group where you can ask questions and gain access to a premade Google Sheet that you can use to track your workouts.

This is appropriate for those who have some experience working out in the gym. There is NO strength prerequisite but some familiarity with compound movements will be beneficial. I will be able to coach you to help you perfect your form.

If you are less experienced, I would opt for the 8 Week Full Body Program as it goes more in depth with how to make the program work for your ability levels.

The program is designed with access to a full gym in mind, but it is easy to adapt to what you have available. Please come in the Facebook group for guidance on this.

Who is this program for?

Those looking for to take the pressure off of their training.

Those looking to refind their spark and love for the gym.

Those looking for structure as they get back in the gym.

Those looking for stress relief.

Those looking to be a part of a community of like minded women who all want to support and encourage one another to be their best.

Those who want to keep up and/or create healthy habits.

Those who want to be an absolute BADDIE.

Those who want strong ass tiddies and a booty to match.
