Welcome to Spring Training.

Starting March 2023, I committed to creating and holding a container for three months in which we can all bloom. March went off without a hitch, April went swimmingly, here enters MAY FLOWERS.

This will be a group coaching experience with the purpose to help you root in, re-establish a foundation in the gym, and let the benefits of training regularly and with purpose flood into the rest of your life.

If you have done Be Big in the past, the coaching will look similarly. If you are new, I’m so glad you are here.

We have rooted in, been watered, and now we are blooming. Even if you didn’t partake in the March or April programming, I highly encourage you to join us! And even if you didn’t finish previous programming as desired, I highly encourage you to finish out strong with us in May.

This month has a four day, full body training split.

Expect to be guided and educated in training intelligently, becoming sustainably stronger, and having a badass community of like minded women who want to support you.

The Details

4 Full Body Training Days

The workouts are the same for the 4 weeks. There is an added explanation of how to practice progressive overload (as well as what that even means).

You will gain access to a Facebook Group where you can ask questions and gain access to a pre-made Google Sheet that you can use to track your workouts.

This is appropriate for those who have some experience working out in the gym. There is NO strength prerequisite but some familiarity with compound movements will be beneficial. I will be able to coach you to help you perfect your form.

If you are less experienced, I would opt for the 8 Week Full Body Program as it goes more in depth with how to make the program work for your ability levels.

The program is designed with access to a full gym in mind, but it is easy to adapt to what you have available. Please come in the Facebook group for guidance on this.
