Dark Chocolate Peppermint Pretzels

I used the leftover chocolate from my Thin Mints to make these treats.

 10 oz Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Wafers
 Crushed Candy Canes
 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
 ½ tsp Vegetable Oil

Place a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water on the stove. In the bowl, combine chocolate, oil, and extract. Mix continuously until completely melted.


Drop pretzels in the chocolate. Coat them using a large fork to move them around, then place on parchment paper.


Once all pretzels are coated, crush the candy canes and sprinkle over each one.


Cool in fridge. Enjoy once set!
