Avocado Fudge Cookies

Avocado replaces butter and you would never guess they were in the cookies to begin with. Taste like fudge brownies. Make sure to wipe your face after. Also may need a milk chaser. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Yields11 Servings
 1 Ripe Avocado, Mashed
 ¼ cup White Sugar
 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
 1 Egg
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  cup Flour
 ½ tsp Baking Soda
 Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.

Peel & Pit Avocado. Mash finely with fork. Beat mashed avocado, white sugar, and brown sugar in a medium sized bowl. Add egg and vanilla, beat until combined.

Add baking soda, cocoa powder, and flour. Beat until it is completely mixed. Stir chocolate chips in to preference.

Use a small spoon to make approximately 1-2 tablespoon sized (preference depending) dough balls onto baking sheet. Dough will not spread.

Bake for 6-8 minutes. Exact time will depend on oven. Keep an eye on them and take them out as soon as the dough has set.
